A 16-year-old schoolboy, who was reported missing last Monday, was found dead on Wednesday morning.
Police said that Jesse Beephan’s body was found in a drain in some bushes behind the Waterloo High School.
What is disturbing to the police is that Beephan did not fall into the drain. His body was well fitted to lie in the drain. However, police could not say how the boy died.
Beephan, of Heliconia Drive, Roystonia, Couva, was last seen at St. Mary’s Junction, Carapichaima, at around 2p.m.
He was reported missing to the Freeport Police Station, by his mother, Sharon Bickaroo, at 8:45pm on the same day.
On Tuesday, police issued a missing person report, asking for the public’s help.
Jesse was described as having short black hair, is of Indian descent, 5 feet 8 inches tall, dark brown in complexion and of medium build.
He was last seen wearing his Waterloo Secondary school uniform; grey long pants, white shirt with a monogram and black shoes.
