Trini excretes 80 cocaine pellets in Jamaica

A Trinidadian man who was arrested at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, last Sunday, has since excreted out 80 pellets of cocaine from his body.

The accused man remains in hospital, the police reported.

His identity has been withheld by the police as their investigations continue into the incident.

He was arrested at about 1:40 pm on suspicion of breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act in Jamaica after being interviewed by narcotics police personnel during security screening procedures.

He was scheduled to board a flight to Brussels, Belgium.
