A question to Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley on the World Gas to Liquids (WGTL) project failed to make it to Friday’s Order Paper of the House of Representatives.Opposition Member of Parliament Dr. Roodal Moonilal proposed the question in light of Rowley’s admission on Thursday that the WGTL project was “a bad deal.”
