Murders continue to soar with two more persons killed overnight, taking the toll to 117.
Central Division police are investigating yet another homicide murder in the Enterprise area.
The victim has been identified as Marvin Allan, 35.
Around 7 am on Sunday, Allan was standing outside his vehicle when he was approached by a gunman.
Several loud explosions were heard and Allan slumped on the ground outside of his vehicle.
The killer fled the scene on foot.
Police believe that Allan’s killing was linked to recent murders in Enterprise.
In a separate incident, police are also investigating the death of 31-year-old Christopher Wells who was shot and killed in Pleasantville on Saturday night.
Around 10 pm Saturday, Wells was at a bar near to Village Plaza, Pleasantville.
He was approached by another man who was armed with a firearm.
Several loud explosions were heard and Wells was seen on the ground bleeding from gunshot injuries to his head.
The armed assailant fled the scene.
The police were notified and a team of officers from the Homicide Bureau and the Southern Division responded.
