Watson Duke, President of the Public Services Association (PSA), appeared before a Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday and pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Duke was represented by attorney Dawn Palackdharry Singh- Wheeler.
He has called the police unfair in the matter, which has been adjourned to September 5th.
These new charges arose from a fracas at the administrative building of the Tobago Regional Health Authority at Mt. Marie, Tobago, last Friday afternoon.
He was placed on $10,000 bail which he secured.
