World-famous entertainer Prince, 57, has died at his home in Minnesota, USA.
The flamboyant Prince, who sold more than 100 music albums, was extremely popular among Trinidad and Tobago fans.
He released 39 albums, with his most popular being 1999, Purple Rain and Sign O’ The Times.
He has been described as a “prolific, meticulous master of infectious pop.
He was also the person behind the successful 1984 movie “Purple Rain”, considered to be one of the most influential music films ever.
Prince was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
